About Me

For me, caregiving is much more than just a job. It is a responsibility toward people who, during challenging times in their lives, depend on support, understanding, and reliability. Personal experiences taught me early on how deeply caregiving touches the lives of those affected and their families—and how important it is to treat them with respect, professional competence, and genuine humanity.

Driven by this conviction, I made a conscious decision to pursue a career in care. Today, I am proud to be a co-founder of Spitex FloraVita.

FloraVita stands for an approach that puts the person at the center—not just their care needs, but their entire personality. We don’t view care as mere provision of services, but as holistic support that combines dignity, trust, and quality.

In my work, social competence, professional competence, and methodological competence are central. For me, good care begins with listening, with careful observation, and with a genuine understanding of the individual situation. Only in this way can support emerge that provides security, builds trust, and has a lasting impact.

With FloraVita, we aim to reliably support, relieve, and empower people and their families. In doing so, we bring not only professional knowledge but also personal experiences that shape our actions and that we consciously wish to share. The name FloraVita stands for our vision of a life in bloom—for quality of life, dignity, and confidence, even in difficult times.
