Medical care includes services covered under Category B of the Swiss Health Insurance Act (KVG) (KLV Art. 7, para. 2, let. b). These costs are covered by basic health insurance provided a doctor’s prescription is available.
Wound care
Professional care for acute and chronic wounds. Dressing changes, wound assessment, and documentation of the healing process in accordance with current medical standards.
Basic insurance covers this service. It falls under KVG benefit category B (treatment care) in accordance with KLV Art. 7, para. 2, lit. b. A doctor’s prescription is required. You pay only the patient copayment of up to CHF 15.30 per day.
Injections
Proper administration of subcutaneous and intramuscular injections. These include, among others, insulin, heparin, and other prescription medications.
Basic health insurance covers this service. It falls under KVG Benefit Category B (treatment care) in accordance with KLV Art. 7, para. 2, letter b. A doctor’s prescription is required. You pay only the patient copayment of up to CHF 15.30 per day.
Dispensing of Medications
Preparing weekly pill dispensers, controlled medication administration, and monitoring medication intake. We ensure correct dosing and check for potential interactions.

Infusion therapy
Administration and monitoring of intravenous infusions in the comfort of your own home. Includes venipuncture, port care, and catheter connections.

Vital Signs Check
Regular monitoring and recording of blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, temperature, and weight. Early detection of changes for your safety.

Catheter Care
Proper care, flushing, and monitoring of urinary catheters. If necessary, insertion and removal of catheters to prevent complications.

Ostomy care
Professional care and management of stomas. Bag changes, skin care, and, upon request, guidance on self-care.

Tube feeding
