Our Basic Care Services
Basic care includes services covered under Category C of the Health Insurance Act (KVG) (Art. 7, para. 2, letter c of the Health Insurance Ordinance (KLV)). These services are covered by basic insurance provided a doctor’s prescription is available.
Personal hygiene and intimate hygiene
We assist you with your daily personal hygiene. This includes full and partial bathing, showering, intimate hygiene, and shaving. Our nursing staff always respect your privacy and ensure your comfort.
Basic health insurance covers this service. It falls under KVG benefit category C (basic care) in accordance with KLV Art. 7, para. 2, letter c. A doctor’s prescription is required. You pay only the patient copayment of up to CHF 15.30 per day.
Getting dressed and undressed
Expert assistance with getting dressed and undressed, including putting on compression stockings and bandages. We encourage your independence and only help where you need it.

Mobilization
Assistance with getting up, lying down, and walking. Targeted mobility exercises, positioning in bed, and help with using assistive devices such as walkers. We help you maintain your mobility.

Food intake

Hair and Nail Care
Regular hair washing and combing, as well as gentle nail care for hands and feet. We take special care to follow professional standards when treating people with diabetes.
