- Patient contribution: By law, a maximum of 20 percent of the highest care contribution, i.e. no more than CHF 15.35 per day, may be charged to patients. The remaining costs are covered by the public sector. We clarify in the initial consultation how much of this applies in Zug.
- Housekeeping and companionship: are not KVG services and are billed privately. Some supplementary insurance plans contribute to the costs – we are happy to check this with you. The AHV/IV helplessness allowance can also be used for this.
